How It Works

  • You send us an enquiry using the special form on the product page, giving us details of sizes, fabric etc.
  • We make up a detailed quote which we send you by email within a few days.
  • If you want to go ahead,  a link in the email takes you to your order in our online store where you can pay a 25% deposit to secure your items. 
  • Made to order products have a lead time of 21-30 days.
  • As soon as your items are available, we will send you a further email with a link to our online store, where you can pay the balance of 75%. As soon as we receive this, your order will be shipped.
  • Due to the items being made to measure to your requirements, they are non-returnable.
  • We make the items to the sizes we are given to us, so cannot be held responsible if the sizes given are incorrect. Please check all the sizes are completely accurate on the quotation.
