Beautifully hand crafted wicker baskets, the perfect for storage or as planters, they look great alone, and also make a real statement when used as a set together when planted.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All items to UK addresses are sent via ParcelForce for next day delivery. Please include a mobile number so that the carrier can contact you if needed on the day.

Items that are in stock will be sent out quickly but most of our items are made to order with a lead time of 14 days before posting. Due to still encountering some delays with supplies, there may be an odd occasion when this has to be extended due to delays beyond our control.

If you are in a hurry for items and want to check availability, please get in touch to check before ordering.

If you have not received your parcel please notify us immediately (within 7 days  of lead time). Please note parcels can not be tracked after 30 days of being posted so we can not be held responsible for parcels lost if you have not informed us in time.

Returns

All our items have a 100% Satisfaction guarantee. We want you to be delighted by your purchase from Country Abodes. 

Personalised Items, Dog Beds, Lampshades and Throws

As these items are always made to order, they are non-returnable unless faulty. 

Other Personalised and Bespoke Items

Personalised and bespoke items are not eligible for a return and refund unless due to a fault or defect.

All Other items

We accept items that are returned within 14 days of purchase. The return postage is the responsibility of the customer, we ask that you please keep hold of the receipt with the tracking number until you receive the refund.

Faulty Items/Damaged in delivery

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty/damaged we will offer a full refund including return postage cots. Please contact us at countryabodes@gmail.com in the first instance so we can put things right.

If your parcel is damaged we ask that you please email us straight away at countryabodes@gmail.com with photographic evidence so that we can process a claim to the delivery company.

Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

Availability and Lead Times

Please note we hand make most of our soft furnishings to order, and often to bespoke requirements. We pride ourselves on bringing you the very best quality items. Therefore please allow for up to a 14 day lead time during busy periods. Due to still encountering some delays with supplies, there may be an odd occasion when this has to be extended due to delays beyond our control. Please do contact us if you need an item urgently and we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.

If you really need something in a hurry - like an urgent gift - our Ready To Go items can delivered much more quickly.

Origin

All Country Abodes soft furnishing products are handmade in Britain, except for our Egyptian Cotton Bedding, which is made to our specification in Italy.

A few of our materials - threads, pompoms, towelling - may be sourced from outside the UK, but all our products - except for the bedding - are manufactured in Britain.

Fully Bespoke items made to your requirements

We can make all of our items in many fabrics and finishes. If you would like other options which cannot be currently seen on the website, please contact us via our Fully Bespoke service and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
