Delivery & Returns
All items to UK addresses are sent via ParcelForce for next day delivery. Please include a mobile number so that the carrier can contact you if needed on the day.
Items that are in stock will be sent out quickly but most of our items are made to order with a lead time of 14 days before posting. Due to still encountering some delays with supplies, there may be an odd occasion when this has to be extended due to delays beyond our control.
If you are in a hurry for items and want to check availability, please get in touch to check before ordering.
If you have not received your parcel please notify us immediately (within 7 days of lead time). Please note parcels can not be tracked after 30 days of being posted so we can not be held responsible for parcels lost if you have not informed us in time.

Personalised Items, Dog Beds, Lampshades and Throws
As these items are always made to order, they are non-returnable unless faulty.
Other Personalised and Bespoke Items
Personalised and bespoke items are not eligible for a return and refund unless due to a fault or defect.
All Other items
We accept items that are returned within 14 days of purchase. The return postage is the responsibility of the customer, we ask that you please keep hold of the receipt with the tracking number until you receive the refund.
Faulty Items/Damaged in delivery
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty/damaged we will offer a full refund including return postage cots. Please contact us at email@example.com in the first instance so we can put things right.
If your parcel is damaged we ask that you please email us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence so that we can process a claim to the delivery company.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
