Delivery & Returns
All items to UK addresses are sent via ParcelForce for next day delivery. Please include a mobile number so that the carrier can contact you if needed on the day.
Items that are in stock will be sent out quickly but most of our items are made to order with a lead time of 14 days before posting.
If you are in a hurry for items and want to check availability, please get in touch to check before ordering.
If you have not received your parcel please notify us immediately (within 7 days of of lead time). Please note parcels can not be tracked after 30 days of being posted so we can not be held responsible for parcels lost if you have not informed us in time.

Personalised Items, Dog Beds, Lampshades and Throws
As these items are always made to order, they are non-returnable unless faulty.
Other Personalised and Bespoke Items
Personalised and bespoke items are not eligible for a return and refund unless due to a fault or defect.
All Other items
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your item within 28 days of purchase, we will give you a full refund of unused items without any questions asked.
Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can forward you a returns label. The cost of the postage to return the item back to us will be deducted from the refund. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will pay the return postage.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
